Applied Dynamic Solutions (ADS) was founded in 1997 to help businesses establish a solid presence in the growing internet marketplace. That was then. Each year since, ADS has seen steady growth and change, allowing us to stay relevant and agile in the constantly changing technology landscape.

Mark Ciapka

Prior to founding ADS in February of 1997, Mark was a senior analyst, technical team leader, and project manager for the Medical Systems Division of Xybion Corporation - a Data Management Software development firm working with some of the most prestigious names in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Mark holds a BS in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and Web Master Certification from The New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Anselmo Di Fabio

For almost 20 years, Anselmo Di Fabio has been at the forefront of the technology industry managing, architecting and implementing both large and small scale websites and desktop applications. As a Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank and Global Technology Director of Xceed, Anselmo has worked on numerous websites from CBSNews, Drinks.com, the Survivor television series and multiple government sites such as Chamberbiz.

John Roney

Prior to joining ADS, Mr. Roney led development organizations at LexisNexis and Macmillan Information Services as Vice President of Product Development. His teams have built very profitable directory sites including lawyers.com which is the number one searched site on the Internet for consumers looking for legal services with over 1 million searches a month. Mr. Roney helped transform Lexis’ Martindale-Hubbell business from solely a print publisher to a leading provider of marketing services including the creation and hosting of 20,000 law firm web sites. The business saw significant growth in advertising revenue from 1998 through 2005. He holds a BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University before entering the IT/web development industry.
